In &lt;a href="http://weblog.raganwald.com/2004/08/agile-is-attitude-not-product.html"&gt;Raganwald: Agile is an attitude, not a product&lt;/a&gt;, Ken Schwaber is quoted on Agile being an attitude rather than a product. I think that this is an excellent read. In some ways, it does go back to my &lt;a href="http://typo.fredjean.net/articles/2006/10/10/training-wheels"&gt;Training Wheels&lt;/a&gt; post. I do suggest reading Raganwald's post as well as &lt;a href="http://groups.yahoo.com/group/scrumdevelopment/message/4124"&gt;the mailing list thread&lt;/a&gt;.
